Check-up Retreats
These are the perfect way to invest in your relationship. Setting aside time, away from the normal stresses of daily life or the pressures of leadership, you can focus on what is going well in your marriage and target any areas that need attention.
We provide the coaching online but you choose the setting. You could do a home retreat, but as long as you have a good internet connection, you can enjoy your retreat anywhere! So why not book yourselves somewhere away from it all where you can enjoy some different scenery and focus on your relationship?
Our retreats are based on our Couple to Couple Christian Therapeutic Coaching approach which you can learn more about here.
Check-up Retreats might be suitable for you if one or more of the following apply:
- You want to set aside some quality time to invest in your relationship and your future together.
- You would benefit from concentrated time together, away from your normal daily routine.
- Your routines would make it difficult to fit in regular weekly sessions.
- You’re relationship is NOT in crisis or experiencing considerable disconnection (please go to First Aid Coaching if this is the case).
During the retreat, we will create a safe and confidential space where the two of you can intentionally work on your relationship and dream together for your future. We will help you identify the strengths in your relationship and to focus on what is going well. We will also help you recognise and work through any issues or potential areas of disconnection in your marriage.
You will also have the opportunity to identify and discuss any goals for the future and create a joint vision for your marriage.
After the retreat you will be asked to complete some reflections and there will be a follow-up email from your coaches with practical applications for you to focus on going forward.
DAY RETREAT
The retreat will consist of 4x 90mins coaching sessions spread out over the course of a day or over the course of two consecutive mornings. Cost of Day Retreat to include coaching, materials and follow up = £600*
*The one-off cost of the assessment tool is £30 which is payable directly to Prepare/Enrich once we confirm a date for the retreat.
We have a limited number of means tested bursaries available for those on low household incomes. If you think you may be eligible, information can be found on our bursary page.
